The Nexus S 4G and HTC’s Evo line have kept the carrier fighting, but as our future duopoly continues to snatch up superphones like Verizon’s Motorola Droid 3 and AT&T’s Samsung Infuse 4G, Sprint more than ever needs an Android phone that blows the rest to pieces. Luckily, these leaked snap shots point to Sprint’s release of the Samsung Galaxy S II, which sold 3 million units in its first 55 days on the market.

This likely won’t be a Sprint exclusive, although that could be a huge boost to the carrier which is about to fall to last place among national carriers once AT&T swallows up T-Mobile officially. We probably won’t be calling it the Galaxy S II for much longer either, as rumors suggest the U.S. version of the phone will be called the Samsung Within.

Out of respect for the incredible specs on this phone, I’ll refrain from making fun of that name. It’ll ship with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread (which means Google Talk video chat will be ready and waiting), and sports a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display with 480×800 pixels of resolution, with Samsung’s TouchWiz 4.0 UI on top. Other specs include an 8-megapixel rear-shooter that captures video in 1080p, a front-facing 2-megapixel camera, a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor, and support for a microSD card.

Wzor has placed the download links to the Windows 7 RTM on their home page, and it definitely the real deal. The build string is:
6.1.7600.16384.win7_rtm.090710-1945

This build string is a huge jump from the build before the RTM, and it also has a valid digital signature (cannot be faked). This is straight out of Microsoft, and has been leaked to major P2P sites (x64 only so far) (the original torrent is on Wzor). Windows 7 Server 2008 has also been leaked (again, only as x64), and the Beta version of Office 2010 has been leaked too (x86 and x64).

Although the title for the Office 2010 Beta still says “Technical Preview,” the build number confirms the Beta (14.0.4302.1000).

SEATTLE (Reuters) – Microsoft Corp said on Monday that passwords belonging to some users of its Hotmail email service were exposed on an Internet site, but had since been taken down.
The company did not say how many users were affected, but some reports suggested that passwords to more than 10,000 accounts were exposed.
“We are aware that some Windows Live Hotmail customers’ credentials were acquired illegally by a phishing scheme and exposed on a website,” a Microsoft spokesman said.
Phishing is a scam whereby fraudsters get hold of personal information by sending out emails under the guise of a bank, IT department or some other trustworthy source.
Microsoft said the passwords had been removed from the offending website, which it did not identify, and said it had blocked access to all affected accounts and was helping users to reclaim their Hotmail accounts.
The software company said the exposure of the passwords was not a breach of any Microsoft servers.
